As per the latest reports Hyderabad High Court has gave over the sensational murder case of B-Pharmacy Student Ayesha Meera to CBI.  Subsequent to neglecting to catch the killer for such a long time, Murder accusations were leveled against Pidatala Satyam Babu and Trail Court had granted him life sentence. In any case, High Court had absolved Satyam Babu as he was honest and requested SIT to follow the genuine killer.
It’s then demolition of case record became visible. Also, now, High Court felt CBI can alone discover an answer for the case. The Investigation Agency was requested to document two FIRs (Murder, Destruction of Case Records). TDP Government which prohibited section of CBI into AP couple of weeks back got an impolite stun with the High Court arrange.
CBI can’t utilize its forces in any state without the assent of the nearby Government. Be that as it may, now, The Investigation Agency will have the capacity to continue further on account of the High Court order .
