YSR Congress Party Leader Bhumireddy Vasantha Nageswara Rao was brutally killed on Friday morning in Mahabubnagar.
This happend at the second unit of the Srisailam Hydro power project in the Mahabubnagar district, where miscreants attacked him with hunting sickles and stones. Soon after the information the police rushed to the spot and registered a case.
The YSRCP leader was on his way to Hyderabad when the attack happened.
The dead body was sent to hospital for post mortem.
