National Award-winning actress Urvashi hits headlines, again for wrong reasons.
According to reports, the actress spotted in a drunken state while attending an inauguration function which was organised by LDF’s female legislative staff association on April 24. Urvashi who arrived late to the function, faltered and could not continue her speech. Shocked by her speech on the stage, the organisers escaped from the venue.
