HD Kumaraswamy will take pledge as the following Chief Minister of Karnataka on Wednesday. A floor test to prove majority will be held on Thursday, Kumaraswamy has said. To what extent would he be able to support as CM is the uncertainty in everybody’s brain at present . JD (S) won 38 Seats in Karnataka Assembly Polls 2018. It’s two seats not as much as what it oversaw in 2013 Elections after which Congress shaped the Government.

Indeed, even in the wake of losing seats and votes, Kumaraswamy figured out how to be the King and he snatched the open door with the two hands. Congress (78) and JD [S] (38) combinedly have 116 seats. In spite of the fact that Kumaraswamy won in two constituencies, Only onw will be considered.

In this way, The aggregate quality will be 115. 112 Seats are required for Trust Vote. Post the designations of Cabinet Berths to Congress Members, Few Disappointed MLAs could revolt and any such response would be promoted by BJP. In this way, Kumaraswamy Government mayn’t keep going for over couple of hours if couple of things turn out badly.

Ahead of the meeting with Rahul and Sonia Gandhi on Monday afternoon, Mr Kumaraswamy is likely to make a detour to Tirumala, to seek blessings of Lord Balaji at the famous temple of Tirupati.

On Saturday night, in a key meeting, the Congress and the JD(S) finalised the details of power sharing. The Congress, which won 78 seats in comparison to Mr Kumaraswamy’s party’s 38, will get the lion’s share of the ministries, although the portfolios are yet to be worked out.
