The PM Narendra Modi says Islamabad needs to improve the self imposed obstacle of terrorism that comes on the way of Indo-Pak relations. Mr. Modi asked Pakisthan to play its part by putting fullstop to any kind of support to terrorism.
“In my view, our ties can truly scale great heights once Pakisthan removes the self imposed obstacle of terrorism in the path of our relationship. We are ready to take the first step but the path to peace is a two way street.” Modi stated to the Wall Street Journal in comments posted on its web site on Friday. Mr. Modi said that instead of fighting with each other, “let us fight against poverty.”
