Telugu pilgrims numbering 90 from AP and TS have been stranded in Nepal due to heavy snowfall. Though they are provided accomodation in lodges, their return journey has been delayed.
They have said that the Nepal tour agency has neither provided proper facilities for additional stay in Nepal nor given them basic facililties. When they informed the media, the agents have taken away their passports. The piligrims have been put up in small rooms despite they have paid lakhs of rupees for the tour.
The pilgrims are expected to return on 27 th May, but their journey has been delayed due to lack of proper planning and by bad weather. The tour agency has informed them that their return journey tickets have been booked for 31st May.
