Under the ruling of Former Chief Minister Y S Rajashekhar Reddy, the Congress Party flag off their colours with pride, but now it is nowhere to be seen in Andhra. As of now in Telangana as well the Congress Party settled for opposition. The Party which gave the pathway for separate States loses the ruling power for both Andhra as well as for Telangana States.

Congress Authority decided to reform the AP Congress after the results of AP Assembly Elections. As the Rahul resigned from his duties, the same path is followed by the AP Congress Chief Raghu Veera Reddy. For now Raghu Veera Reddy was seen in Bangalore dealing with business affairs.

Failed to persuade Raghu Veera as the AP Congress Chief, Congress authority now seeks to fill the seat with new AP Congress Chief. Observing the situation of AP Congress no one stepped on for the duty.

According to the sources the names of the three Leaders is said to be in motion for AP Congress Chief. Former Union Minister M. M. Pallam Raju denied the position when offered. With that, As the leader and incharge of AP Congress Oommen Chandy had taken the three names Sailajanath – Chinta Mohan – Padmasri into account.
