Andhra Pradesh;s Assembly winter session have started on today that is on November 10, without the main Opposition YSR Congress party sitting in the Assembly.
YSRCP chose to boycot the whole winter session to check its challenge against inaction by the Speaker against the 21 surrendered MLAs in the Andhra pradesh .
It might be reviewed here that the Andhra pradesh rulling Telugu Desam Party has baited 21 MLAs choosed on YSR Congress Party ticket in 2014 general elections into its overlap and no move has been made by the Speaker K. Sivaprasad regardless of rehashed requests from the Opposition to disqualify them.
The Andhra pradesh Assembly winter session is probably going to be held for 7-10 days. The rulling Telugu desam party government is wanting to present three vital Bills amid this winter session.
With no YSR Congress party in the winter Assembly sessions , the YSR Congress party government will take up the part of the Opposition and has chosen to talk about no less than 10 issues each day and bring 200 inquiries up in 10 days.
Security has been fixed in around the Assembly premises with 1,000 police authorities sent in such manner while 400 police faculty positioned at registration on six streets prompting Assembly.
The session is slated to sit till November 25. A decision to this effect was taken at the Business Advisory Committee (BAC) meeting at 9.45am.
According to the decision, the session will have 10 working days, from November 10 to November 25 with five holidays in between.
The assembly will take up discussions on 27 issues. It has also decided to take up a discussion on Pattiseema Project.
Now that Jagan Mohan Reddy has decided to boycott the session, the TDP is projecting him as anti-people. In this see-saw game, it remains to be seen who will finally have the upper hand. One wonders whether the two leaders would stop thinking of the other even for a minute during their waking moments.
