Militants of Hizabul Mujahideen have killed three police personnel in Kashmir in two seperate encounters on Monday at the direction of ISI.
There had been credible intelligent sources that the ISI officials and top terror operatives instigated millitants in the Kashmir valley. Inspite of the hightened, the millitants succeeded to kill three police personnel.
In one incident, the millitants escaped with the service rifles of the killed. The Union Home ministry and the National security advisor reviewed the security position in the valley. The army,BSF and CRPF were directed to launch massive counter offensive.
