Arun Jaitely promises Rs. 2.03 Lakh Crore to Andhra Pradesh 

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitely has once again promised NDA led BJP-TDP coalition government will provide legal security to ‘Central Package’ which was announced by the Prime Minister Modi government recently.

Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitely along with Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu, AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu performed ground-breaking ceremony on AP Core Capital at Lingayapalem near Guntur on Friday. On this occasion Jaitely further assured that Union government extends funding support for the construction of new capital city, Amaravati. Union Finance Minister further added that Modi’s government will allocate Rs. 2.03 lakh crore during the first five years to residual state of Andhra Pradesh.

The Central Minister further said that AP would soon get few more national educational institutions.After performing ground-breaking ceremony on AP Core Capital, Jaitely appreciated the farmers for supporting the state government in land acquisition. Union Minister for Urban Development Venkaiah Naidu said that the Centre will fulfill all the assurances given in the AP Reorganization Act.
