Babu gets relief, ACB Court issued orders to submit a fresh report

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandra Babu Naidu gets big relief by ACB court issued stay orders to the investigating agency to take up probe into cash for vote scam a fresh and submit report by September end.

Court Judge asked ACB to maintain status quo in the investigation. Naidu’s advocates moved lunch motion petition in the court requesting to quash the ACB court orders on Thursday.  Naidu’s name was figured in the cash for vote scam that came to light when Telangana TDP leader A Revanth Reddy allegedly offered bribe to nominated TRS MLA Stephenson during MLC elections. Revant has been arrested and was released on bail. The TDP leaders and Naidu are curious about the court response on the petition. Court is likely respond in one or two days on Naidu’s petition.

In the other hand, opposition party leaders have criticized that  Naidu for approaching court seeking stay on hearing his case in connection with cash for vote probe. Vasireddy Padma, official spokesperson said Chandrababu Naidu is already a convict in people’s court.  Roja, YSRCP MLA from Nagari, has also raised a question on whether Chandrababu Naidu should be punished for his involvement in cash for vote case.
