Olympic silver medalist PV Sindhu has credited one more victory over Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandra babu Naidu. Babu has spent lighter moments by playing badminton with Sindhu on the felicitation stage and Sindhu showed her class again and beat the AP CM.
Earlier, Sindhu and her coach Gopichand visited Vijayawada and get grand welcome by the Andhra Pradesh government. AP CM Nara Chandrababu Naidu invited Rio Star Sindhu along with her parents and coach for the closing ceremony of Krishna Pushkaralu. He even announced a cash prize of Rs 3 crores, land and a government job to Sindhu.
This morning, after Sindhu landed at Gannavaram Airport and reached the Indira Gandhi Stadium, Chandrababu Naidu greeted her and appreciated her achievements. Not stopping here, Sindhu, Gopichand and Sindhu’s sister, who are welcomed by the AP leaders and thousands of sports lovers and school students, are expected to grace the Krishnamma Harathi ritual and take the holy dip in the Krishna River.
