An eight months kid has been sold for Rs 1.80 lakhs to a fruit seller at Nandhyala in Kurnool district on Tuesday. M. Abdhullah aged 31 has married Hussain Bee aged 25 four years back. They have a son of eight months.
Abdhullah is jobless and dependant on his wife’s earnings. He is a labourer, he is also edicted to alcohol. He hatched a plan to sell his only son and took theboy out and sold him for Rs 1.80 lakhs. Later the mother noticed the boy missing and lodged a complaint in police station. After the probe the police found the boy and handed over to his mother.
