Actor and BJP leader Sivaji is once again took to the streetsĀ in a bid to step up pressure on the Centre to grant special status for Andhra Pradesh.
Demanding the special status to the AP, Sivaji along with his supporters staged a novel protest in krishna river waters in Vijayawada .
” I am ready to sacrifice my life in the process of getting special status to the AP,” Sivaji said holding placards that reads (Keep your promise ā Donāt dip Andhra Pradesh).
He wondered as to why Union Ministers M. Venkaiah Naidu was silent on the special status issue.
The actor also demanded his colleague and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan to fight for the Andhra’s rights. He hinted at the possibility of going on a fast unto death.
