The men arrested in Tuni case belonged to YSRCP. Mr. N.Chinnarajappa home minister of AP said that the police have expedited investigation in the Tuni arson case. Six rowdy sheeters are have been arrested in this connection.
Mr.Chinnarajappa told the media that the crime investigation department has been enquiring arson in Ratnachal express.
Sri Mudhragada Padmanabam knowing the arrests rushed to Amalapuram and had a dispute with the police for immediate release of the arrested. Mr.Padmanabam squated before the police station
asking the police either to arrest him or release the arrested. He also asked the police to withdraw the case. The SP explained him that the case has related to railway department of the central government. So they can do nothing in the matter. Later Mr.Padmanabam has been taken to his native village Kirlampudi in a police vehicle. There also he refused to get down from the vehicle saying that he would sit in the vehicle his followers released.
