Actor and Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan has received a grand welcome by his party activists at the Gannavaram airport on Thursday.
Pawan Kalyan arrived here to meet AP CM Chief Minister Chandrababu to discuss on several issues including special status and farmer’s issues.
Wearing ‘panche’, Pawan along with Kamineni Srinivas Rao drove stright to Chandrababu’s camp office at Lingamaneni guest house in Vijayawada.
Speaking to the media, Pawan said that there will be no benefit by holding protests and dharnas for Special Status. ” I will announce my decision once the decison comes from the Centre. I met Chandrababu Naidu to congratulate Chandrababu on making Amaravati foundation laying a big success,” he added.
Replying to a question, Pawan said that he has no money to contest the elections.
Going by the press meet, it appears that the Janasena may not contest the upcoming GHMC elections.
