Police Case on TDP MP for Blackmailing women

Hyderabad police on Saturday has filled a Complaint and got evidence against previous TDP MP Nama Nageswara Rao and the complaint giving by a lady that he attempted to make public her private pictures.
The complainant charged that the Telegu Desam Party (TDP) leader, who is likewise an industrialist, threatened her for addressing about his affair with a previous Karnataka official.
A case under areas 506 (criminal intimidation) and 509 (offending the humility of a lady) of the Indian Penal Code was booked against the previous Telugu Desam Party MP and his brother Seetaiah at Jubilee Hills police headquarters here.
The police enlisted the case on the directions of a city court. A cop said they were looking for legal supposition and will continue in the wake of analyzing the complaint . The lady additionally discharged to TV stations video and telephonic discussion implied to be amongst her and Nageswara Rao.
Hailing from Khammam locale of Telangana, Nageswara Rao was one of the richest person in the past Lok Sabha. In the mean time, Nageswara Rao has recorded a counter complaint with the Jubilee Hills police expressing that he doesn’t know the lady and that she was blackmailing him.
The lady asserted in her police case that she knew Rao since 2013 and he used to regularly visit her home. She came to realize that he was cheating a previous member from Karnataka Legislative Council by promising to wed her.
The complainant said when she began addressing him a couple of months back, he threatened to make public her private pictures. The lady asserted that she addressed the previous Karnataka official, who educated her that she had moved a court in Delhi looking for Justice.
