Selfie mania goes viral in anywhere in the world. It’s not exception in the Krishna Pushkaralu-2016, which is being celebrating once for 12 years.
Piligrims are trying to take selfie in all the Pushkar ghats but Police are being forcibly opposing this mania in view of increased rush of devotees. Most of the people taking selfies are youngsters who are doing so while taking holy dips in the Krishna River. Pilgrims want to preserve these moments for posterity.
However, this selfie mania is leaving many mobile phones as they are slipping into the water. The security personnel deployed at the ghats had a tough time keeping an eye on some overly adventurous selfie takers who posed a risk to themselves with their concentration focused on capturing the moment.
However, the police, observing the selfie mania had turned into a nuisance and was disturbing the rituals banned photos in Seetanagram and other ghats.
