TDP Govt Decided on Shifting on Amaravathi constructions

To provide housing for all its employees working in Amaravati , Acording to the reports sudden stoppage of works taken up for the development of private edifices for government representatives in andhra pradesh’s new capital Amaravathi gave solid sign that government is arranging modify the lands allocated for the reason at Rayapudi and Nelapadu in the new capital Amaravati territory.

The Capital Regional Development Authority (CRDA) will allot 139 acres for taking up the quarters’ construction. Chief minister Chandrababu Naidu suggested to the CRDA officials to identify a suitable area for constructing the flats and said they should be affordable to the employees so that they could clear the loan in easy instalments.

Bungalows will be constructed for high court judges and senior officers of All-India Services (AIS). Official quarters will also be made available to legislators in the capital city region. The CM approved these proposals during a review meeting with the CRDA officials on Wednesday.

While the government will fund the housing project, CRDA will take up the construction. Employees can own the flats by availing housing loan for which the government will extend help. The CM told the officials to build houses not only for the existing employees, but also for those who would be working in the secretariat and other offices in the coming years.

As a major aspect of the ground breaking strategy, Government chose to develop the private complex on 85 lakh square feet. The agreement organizations L and T, Shapurjee and NCC effectively taken up works. Throughout the previous 10 days, the works went to a crushing end. Effectively 1700 heaps were laid for private buildings .

Authorities said that on the directions of the andhra pradesh’s rulling government , the organizations backed off works and indicated the land alloted for development will be changed. Crores of rupees were additionally spent.
