In a shocking incident, Telugu serial actress Harjit Kaur allegedly attempted suicide by jumping into Hussain Sagar lake.
Harjit who shot to fame with Arundhati, Chandramukhi, Antahpuram and Sikharam is in love with Keval Singh. She allegedly jumped into Hussain Sagar after her parents opposed her love affair.
She was depressed over stiff opposition from her parents and decided to commit suicide. The Lake police rushed to the spot and rescued the actress.
She was shifted to a private hospital for treatment.
