As per the recent reports of Telangana Telugu Desam Party working president Revanth Reddy is jgoing to join in congress soon. Indicating a major shift in Telangana politics, Revanth Reddy, the state Working President of the Telugu Desam Party seems to be all set to switch his allegiance to the Congress.
Several reports suggest that his recent Delhi tour was to hold a final round of talks with the Congress leadership about joining the party as early as November 2017.
Recently the Telangana TDP meeting has seen a container of worms between T-TDP working president Revanth Reddy and senior leader Mothkupalli Narasimhulu.
While Mothkupalli attempted to corner Revanth over his meeting with Rahul Gandhi and addressed him in which position he hosted met Rahul without informing party and the party leader Chandrababu naidu , Revanth stayed unanswered.
On prodding, he said to have shot back at Mothkupalli saying that he can’t address him as he is the Telugu Desam party working president of Telangana.
Mothkupalli additionally called attention to Revanth’s amazing claims against Andhra Pradesh Telugu Desam party leaders Yanamala, Paritala and Payyavula. Mothkupalli felt that Revanth hosts crossed party limits.
Being the senior-most leader, Mothkupalli said to have felt insulted with Revanth’s answer and left the meeting halfway demonstrating solid scorn.
As Revanth is good to go to join Congress and is having a progression of meetings with senior Congress leaders in Telangana, Telugu Desam party is toying with serving a show-make see Revanth took after by a strict action .
Telangana TDP senior leader Arvind Goud today said that there would be no loss to the party if Working President and Kodangal MLA Revanth Reddy left it. Reacting to the all reports that Revanth Reddy may join the Congress soon .
