The CBI on Friday contradicted the petition documented by YSRC president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy looking for exclusion from showing up under the the court face to face on Fridays, with the goal that he could go on his padayatra one month from now on November 2.
The CBI had documented a counter under the the CBI special court hearing the disproportionate assets cases against Mr Reddy, expressing that exception can’t be looked for political reasons. The court dismissed the trial to October 20.
The CBI repeated that the High Court did not preclude odds of the padayatra being abused by Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy who is blamed for inclusion in serious financial offenses.
The CBI joined the timetable of the padayatra, which demonstrated that Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy would walk 3,000 km, without taking permission of the court. It said YS Jagan Mohan Reddy had disrespected the court.
But Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy is accused of getting various individuals and firms to invest several crores in his businesses as a “quid pro quo” for favours bestowed on them during the tenure of his father Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, who was Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister from 2004 to 2009.
It may be noted that the CBI has filed more than 11 chargesheets in this case in the CBI special court in Hyderabad. Apart from Mr Reddy, 12 others have been accused in the case, including his auditor and Rajya Sabha member, V. Vijay Sai Reddy. Lets wait and what Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy will do for his Padayatra .
