YS Jagan given a call for state wide bandh

YSR Congress Party chief and the Opposition Leader in Andhra Pradesh Assembly, YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has given a call for state wide bandh on Saturday to protest the denial of Special Status by Central Government.

YS Jagan has demanded the resignation of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu admitting his failure to get Special Category Status to the state. He also takes on the CM for his double speak on the issue of Special Status. On the other hand, YS Jagan said that he is continuing his fight for Special Status and also expressed happiness over the Centre’s announcement of special package which is of miniscule value to the state.

He further added that only special status can compensate the injustice meeted out to Andhra Pradesh in bifurcation. Called for a state-wide bandh on Saturday YS Jagan appealed to people to participate in the bandh to convey their strong demand over the Centre’s denial of special status.
