Telangana chief minister KCR’s daughter and MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha has opined that there is a legitimate point in the challenges of Andhra Pradesh MPs in Parliament . Talking in Parliament , Telangana MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha upheld the Andhra Pradesh MPs and requested that the Union Government “fulfill” every one of the guarantees the government made in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act 2014 .
Speaking in the Lok Sabha on Thursday, the Nizamabad MP said, “Telangana and Andhra Pradesh made many demands during bifurcation and promises were made on the floor of this House.
Whatever has been promised to us during the AP Reorganisation Act has to be honoured because governance is a continuous process. Whether it is the Congress government or BJP government, we sincerely request that the promises are fulfilled.
Since the last two to three days, our Andhra brothers from TDP and YSRCP have been agitating. We support their agitation. However, if they are agitating while being in an alliance with the BJP, it is clearly sending a very wrong message to this nation. So kindly address this issue as soon as possible, she added.
Telangana MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha stated , Whichever guarantees have been made to us in the floor of the house in the Andhra Pradesh Reorganization Act must be respected . Regardless of whether it is a Congress or BJP government, governance is a constant procedure .
We earnestly encourage you to satisfy the guarantees you made to both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh . Andhra brothers have been upsetting for as long as three days and sympathetically address the issue at the earliest opportunity, since it sends wrong signal to individuals.
Telangana MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha included that the present situation sends wrong signals to individuals as none other than the partner of the government depended on challenge in both the houses .
