In a shocking declaration, Telangana Chief Minister KCR has expressed that film on-screen characters won’t be arrested in drugs case and would be treated with as ‘victims’. KCR apparently portrayed film performing artists as “victims” and cleared up that the examination would just expedite more data the drug dealers, suppliers.
