Chief Minister K.Chandrashekar Rao’s Delhi tour has ended on a positive note. It has paved way for the presentation full fledged of the newly formed Telangana state for the upcoming financial (2016-17) year.
The tour has helped the CM to come to a conclusion on the support and grants from the center and make allocations accordingly in the upcoming budget of the state.
More importantly the meeting of the CM with Prime Minister Narendra Modi has helped the CM to put forth several problems faced by the state.According to officials of the state, the PM has responded by positively to all most all the requests made by the CM. The state is expecting generous funds from the center during the next fiscal under various heads. It is pinning hopes on the proposed special package to the Telangana state which stand at little over Rs.30,000 crore.
