CM KCR has presented the vote-on-account spending plan for the year 2019 in the assembly on Friday morning. Before presenting the financial plan, the Telangana get together paid tributes to the officers who were executed in the Pulwama fear assault and KCR likewise declared Rs 25 Lakh for the groups of jawans.
