On Wednesday the SC of Indai has rejected the stay orders for the arrest warrant against NCP MLA Pankaj Bhuja Bhai, in money laundering case. A vactional bench consisting of Justice A.M.Saprey and Justice Ashok Bhushan declined to, to stay the arrest warrant against NCP MLA.
The Court directed the petetioner to approach the Mumbai High Court for relief when the lawer for Bhuja Bhai pleaded the court to restrain the Maharastra police from arresting his client atleast for two weeks. The bench said that it could not pass such an order since Pankaj is evading the arrest.
