Ten persons including, character actress Kalyani were arrested on charges of gambling after the police raided a gambling den at Jahangir Colony in Vanasthalipuram on Sunday night.
Kalyani shot to fame with her “abbaa dialogue in Raviteja’s Mirapakay movie.
Acting on a tip-off, a team from the Task Force police conducted raids.
The police seized Rs.80,000 and eight mobile phones from them. The accused actress was playing cards when she was arrested, the police said.
