After director Teja was roped in to helm the project. But apparently things did not work out between Teja and Balakrishna, which has forced the former to walk out of the project.

The shooting for the film began on 29 March 2018 at the Ramakrishna Cine Studios in Hyderabad. The filming began with the Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu giving the first clap and veteran director K Raghavendra Rao directing the first shot.
Balakrishna, Sai Korrapati and Vishnu Indukuri are mutually creating the film. Gossipy tidbits are overflowing that Balakrishna, himself, will direct the task. We have to wait for an official confirmation of the decision.
