With the sensational hit Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Tamannaah sure did get the praise from all the Industry and as well as the audience for her performance as Lakshmi. She was praised by Megastar Chiranjeevi in an event. He said, ‘Tamannaah’s role in the movie Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy got so much love’. Tamannaah got the huge diamond ring as a gift from the Upasana Konidela, wife of Ram Charan producer of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
After the success of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy she is all set for her upcoming movie, in which she will be playing the role of kabaddi coach to women’s team. In order to perfect the tone and techniques she has been practicing and learning intensively. She said, she is going to LB stadium and practicing the game for 2 hours daily.
Tamannaah is very excited about her role in this untitled film. Speaking about it, she had said in an interview to the Deccan Chronicle, “I feel that coaching is an underrated aspect of any professional sport and that is why I find this film even more interesting. My role is a tribute of sorts to coaches like Pullela Gopichand, Ramakant Achrekar, Guru Hanuman, Satpal Singh and the likes who have turned things around for Indian sports”.
The movie is being directed by Sampath Nandi who worked with Tamannaah before in Racha as well as Bengal tiger. Produced by Chitturi Srinivas Rao under his banner. Gopichand will be playing the lead role beside Tamannaah.
