The Supreme Court of India has accepted and aprooved Uttarkhand assembly floor test. The President of India’s rule has rifted forthwith.
The aproval of Uttarakhand assembly floor test is one of the biggest set back for the Modi’s government. The congress led by Harish Rawath has won back Uttarakhand as a result of the floor test in the assembly has been revealed by the Supreme Court.
The Apex court has directed the Central government to revoke President’s rule and reinstiate the Harish Rawath’s government immediately. The Central government has rifted the President’s rule on Wednesday evening. The Congress party government in Uttarakhand has secured 33 out of 61 MLAs, nine rebel MLAs have been disqualified from voting. Mr. Rawath has thanked the judiciary and added,”And from here, making a new start will be beneficial for the state.”
Now some of the MLAs of BJP have pointed their fingers towards Kailash Vijay Vagargiva for his hasty decission for the imposition of President’s rule in the state.Mr. Rahul Gandhi has stated that Mr. Modi has to learn a lesson from the people of India who will not tolerate cold blooded murder of democracy.
