Tollywood legendary actor and United Andhra Pradesh Chief minister and Telugu Desam Party originator late NTR’s family paid rich tributes to NTR on his 22nd death commemoration here on Thursday at NTR Ghat.
NTR’s children—Harikrishna, Balakrishna, grandsons—Junior NTR, Kalyanram and others paid floral tributes to NTR alongside Telugu Desam Party leaders . Talking on the event, Nandamuri Balakrishna said that NTR was heart-beat of the Telugus.
He strived for the improvement of the Telugu individuals. He strived to spread the enormity of the Telugu over the globe. NTR launched Telugu Desam Party with the point of serving Telugu individuals, Balakrishna included.
It has already been reported that actor Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Teja have joined hands for a biopic on legendary Telugu actor and former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh, Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao.
On the occasion of NTR’s death anniversary on Wednesday, the title logo of his biopic was unveiled. A special teaser was also planned to be unveiled on the occasion; however, for reasons unknown the plan was postponed.
Meanwhile, filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma has also announced he will direct a biopic on NTR. In a statement, he had said that NTR is a name to reckon with every Telugu-speaking individual. “He was not just a great actor but a leader with unprecedented following. I’m very proud to direct a film on his life.”
However, Balakrishna had said he has no association with RGV on the project he aspires to make, amidst rumours that he might act in his film.
