Rare incident took place in the HighCourt on Monday. Mr. V.Hanumantharao the MP of Rajyasabha sitting in the gallary of HighCourt has made much hubhub while talking to the lawyer raising his voice at high apitch.The Judge took this seriously and ordered to call the police and control the situation.
Mr. VH. approached the High Court for transferring of B. Apparao the Vice chancellor of HCU. The petetion came for hearing in the High Court on Monday. Mr.Dhamodhara reddy lawyer for the petetioner stated that Mr. Apparao the VC is held responsible for thepresent state of affairsprevailling in the HCU.
Mr. Apparao returned to the University after the expiry of his leave. Again unrest started in the University added the lawyer. The High Court made it clear that it couldnot take decissions basing on media reports and emotions of the students. The court wanted to know whether Mr.Apparao has been suspended or gone on leave. Inreply the lawyer stated that Mr. Apparao was not suspended. When Mr. Apparao went on leave how could the lawyer say that Mr. Apparao was suspended. At this moment Mr.VH. lost his temper andraised his voice at a high pitch and started shouting emotionally that Apparao was solelly held responsible for the unrest of the students and tried to enter into the court from the gallery. In this context, the judge ordered to call for the police and to control the situation in the High court.
