The Central board of the Film certificate has rejected certifcation to a Hindi film based on the life a self proclaimed God woman. The film “Hum Hain Naughty naughty” has been declined permission for its release
after finding to be showing the God woman in bad light. The Central board of Film certification feels “immoral activities” in the film submitted to the CBFC twice and it has been turned down by its revising comittee. In the film produced by Naughty Nautanki entertainment, the leading actor is known as Anuradhey Maa who has a strange resemblence to a controversial Hindu God woman. The CBFC is of the opinion that it could effect “public order desency and morality”- hence the refusal. The producers of the film are now expected to approach the law courts.
