Beginning from Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi to present Prime Minister Narendra Modi , each of our Legendary Leaders lives in the temples set up his/her hard core enthusiasts.
In any case, not all that regularly we get the opportunity to see a temple for a huge controversial figure, especially for a man who killed the Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi.
However, a debate is gradually preparing in Madhya Pradesh as the right -wing group called ‘Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha’ (ABHM) introduced a statue of ‘Nathuram Godse’, a man who killed Mahatma the Father of Nation Mahatma Gandhi in publically , at its office in Gwalior.
Hindu Mahasabha national vice president Jaiveer Bharadwaj said a 32-inch tall bust of Godse was installed at its office in Daulatganj area of Gwalior city.
Bharadwaj told PTI over phone that the Mahasabha had sought permission of the district administration to construct a temple to Godse on November 9 which was denied. He said now the ‘temple’ has been established at its office.
Nobody should have any objection to this as we have set up the temple in our own space. It is Mahasabha’s own property,” Bharadwaj said, adding Godse had once stayed there for a week. Godse, he said, was a great nationalist, who was against the division of the country.
Godse’s ashes are still kept in Pune. According to Godse’s last wish, his ashes will be immersed only when his dream of Akhand Bharat (undivided India) is fulfilled, he added. This has touched off a new column against BJP government as the state Congress party took to streets in Bhopal and challenged the establishment of Godse statue .
Other than challenging for the resignation of Home Minister, the opposition leader of the state Ajay Singh requested ‘conspiracy case’ against the general population who were engaged with setting up the model.
Singh additionally said – ’25-26 partnered bunches participate in such bizarre acts and they later deny the deeds.’ While Akhil Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha , on other hand, proclaimed that they will begin building Godse temple in different urban areas too.
While the MP Home minister Bhupendra Singh and Health Minister Rustam Singh did not pay notice to the questions with respect to this issue, the centre rulling BJP leaders and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) endeavored to isolate themselves from the occurrence.
