Sivananda Swami Baba the fake Godman has been taken into police custody for he involved in robbery at Lifestyle building owner by name Madhusudhan Reddy whom the Baba cheated. The fake Baba came to the residence of Mr. Reddy pretending to be a Godman.
He was arrested near Bangalore where he took shelter in his relatives house. Earlier the fake Baba performed pooja at the residence of Reddy asking to put all the gold, jewellery and cash before the Goddess. The accused mixed some drowsy medicine in milk food and served to the members of the family of Reddy.
When they went into unconscious, he escaped with the jewellery and cash in a car. The driver was also arrested and the car was ceased. The fake Baba had already involved in many other such cases previously.
