In a statement Mr. Subahmania Swamy has stated that Mr. Rajan is unfit to be the governor of RBI. Mr.Rajan wrongly enhanced the rate of interests in order to reduce inflation. This has resulted in the downfall of industrial sector.
Unemployment has increased and economic activities declined in the industrial sector. Wrong decissions taken by Rajan is the chief cause for all these drawbacks. He has opined that Mr. Rajan is not fit for the post of the Governor of RBI and it is better to send him out to Chicago as early as possible to setright the economic activities in India.
