Atanasio Monserratte MLA of Goa was granted bail by a local court and said “He will expose who framed” him at the “right time”. The case against him was that he bought minor girl and raped her.

Along with the MLA the girl’s mother who sold the girl and another woman Rosy Ferros were also granted bail. The girl was said to be sold to the MLA for Rs 50,00,000.
