Recent Controversial celebrity and Bigg Boss season 2 challenger Babu Gogineni has been reserved for ‘sedition’ and ‘treason’. Babu Gogineni is accused of the demonstrations of ‘sedition’ and ‘treason’ other than a few others. He has been reserved under 13 areas. This is following a grievance documented in Madhapur police headquarters against Babu Gogineni.
The complainant affirmed that Babu Gogineni’s remarks via web-based networking media over a specific area has been making a considerable measure of troubles, difficulties to the specific network living abroad. It is affirmed that Babu Gogineni had been leading a few ‘unapproved’ gatherings and had been ‘gathering’ Aadhar card data and points of interest from the general population in an ‘unapproved’ way.
One complainant Narayana has moved toward the court to make a move against Babu Gogineni. He has moved the court to ‘expel’ the recordings of Babu Gogineni and his ‘offensive’ discourses. The complainant claimed that the ‘inciting’ remarks of BabuGogineni are bringing about the ‘physical assaults’ against a community living overseas. As per reports, the Court has guided cops to cabinets against BabuGogineni.
Madhapur police have booked complaint against Babu under 13 sections. Madhapur police have begun the test. Cops are gathering the data on BabuGogineni’s gatherings and video film of his discourses. More subtle elements are yet to be known. Since BabuGogineni is at present in Bigg Boss house, one needs to keep a watch out how the cops would take it forward.
