As many as eight people, including three women, were arrested today after police busted a sex racket being operated from an apartment in Gachibowli besides seizing Rs. 2.50 lakhs.

On a tip-off, a raid was conducted in the apartment at Sriramnagar on Friday night and arrested eight persons belonging to different parts of the state.

Simran Begum (32), a high-profile pimp, and Dimpul  (22) belong to Delhi, Abdul Samad (42), Abdul Ajij (23) and Sandhya (35) from Vizag were arrested . Sandhya was was working as a cook and she is from Vizag.
