At present Akkineni family will cooperate for second time for a multistarrer, after Manam. Mass director Puri Jagannadh will coordinate the film bankrolled together by Annapurna Studios and Puri Connects. Now, Tollywood is abuzz with rumours that Nagarjuna recently registered the titled Manmadhudu 2. Ever since the rumour surfaced, talks about a possible sequel to Nagarjuna’s blockbuster hit Manmadhudu (2002) have been doing the rounds.
Notwithstanding, it is obscure whether it is a continuation or some other association with Nagarjuna-starrer Manmadhudu, directed by Vijaya Bhaskar, starred Sonali Bendre, Anu, Chandra Mohan, Tanikella Bharani and Brahmanandam in important roles. Trivikram Srinivas had penned dialogues for the bockbuster entertainer .
Yet, the title demonstrates that, Manmadhudu 2 will be a snicker revolt like Manmadhudu. The film is probably going to go on floors not long from now. While this is first film for Chay with Puri, it will be third time relationship for Nag after Super and Sivamani.
Clearly, Nagarjuna was persuaded with the story described by Puri who’s experiencing lean stage with back to back lemon. More insights about Manmadhudu 2 are anticipated.
On the professional front, Nagarjuna is kicked about his upcoming flick Devadas. Directed Sriram Adittya, this film also has Nani playing one of the lead roles. While Nagarjuna will be seen as a gangster, Nani will play the role of a doctor .
