Actor-cum-businessman Akkineni Nagarjuna has given clarification on bank nonpayer. Responding to critism on his comments on demonetization of heavy note, the actor gave a clarification on his Twitter account stated that while it is true that loans were taken to develop Annapurna Studios and all were cleared this year.

The actor had taken a bank loan for the development of Annapurna Studios, and he became a butt of a joke of after he was declared as a loan defaulter by Andhra Bank last year. A few people in the industry criticized Nagarjuna after he congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi for demonetizing high denomination currency notes. He has immediately given clarification through his official twitter page
