Recently released Kalyan Ram’s MLA’s part in his just discharged film ‘Manchi Nandamuri Kalyan Ram played an MLA’s role in his just released film ‘Manchi Lakshanalunna Abbayi MLA’. He collaborated with his Lakshmi Kalyanam’s actress Kajal Aggarwal after over 10 years and fans were interested to see their blending. Both these variables made a nice pre-discharge buzz around the film.
On Friday, MLA gathered Rs.4.80 Cr net over the two Telugu states and turned into the greatest opener for Kalyan Ram, beating his past best ISM’s Rs.4.50 Cr. In AP, Nizam and Ceded, the film gathered Rs.2.70 Cr share. Including Rs.20 lakhs from abroad and another Rs.15 lakhs from the Rest of India, MLA’s overall opening day share aggregates to Rs.3.05 Cr with a general gross of Rs.5.50 Cr.
