Earlier at the Baahubali release time, the buzz was that SS Rajamouli had many artists in his mind to play key roles in his film Baahubali. In which, Sivagami role was actually thought of casting Sridevi but, she was replaced by Ramya Krishna.
She pulled off the role effortlessly and gave an estimation that no one could play the role with that much perfection other than her.While at promotional event of her upcoming film Mom, when she was asked about the rejection, Sridevi stated that she will speak about it at the right time and said that it’s not correct time to comment on it.

She also said that the film has made and part 2 also done and now it is going well. Wat else to talk about it.The actress is now busy with the promotions of her film ‘MOM’ which is slated to release on July 7, 2017. The film stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Akshaye Khanna. The film directed by Ravi Udyawar.
