The child artiste of yesteryear left her lucrative software professional job to return to movies. The actress revealed this during a press meet in Hyderabad ahead of the release of her upcoming movie Padeshave. The movie has Karthik Raju in the lead role. It is being directed by Chuniya besides producing the movie.
Nithya says that after acting in 22 movies as the child artiste she decided to switch her career. As a result she has joined Infosys as an IT professional. She adds that the however did not satisfy her and helped her to come to the conclusion that movies were her actual passion. Talking about her upcoming movie Padeshave she says that the film is a triangular love story. She adds that who falls in love with whom will have to be seen on the screen. The movie slated for release this week.
