Rajinikanth’s upcoming venture in Pa. Ranjith direction. Actor Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films Pvt. LTD. is producing the film. It has been titled as ‘Kaala Karikalan’.
This film touted to be the sequel of Rajinikanth’s 2016 gangster flick ‘Kabali’. The film is being made in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. Earlier, the film had controversy with the adopted son of Mumbai don late Haji Mastan alleging the plot was based on his father’s life. Kaala is the title and Karikaalan is the tag line and as the poster claims in & as Rajinikanth’s name is Kaala in the film.

The film scores music by Santhosh Narayanan. The poster has been designed by Vinci Raj. The designing and the way desinger envisioned the posters. They look brilliantly well done with a tone of black and white that showcases the storyline, especially the one set with Mumbai’s slums in the background.
