Some movies disappear after the first clap of the movie. While some get stuck midway when the makers failed to raise the money required. On the other hand, some movies don’t make it to the theatre even after finishing everything. Seems like one such happened with Rana Daggubati’s 1945. As a big announcement was made by the makers of the movie for a launch event, the actor was quick to clarify that it was an ‘unfinished’ movie.
As there was an announcement poster of the movie 1945 about the launch of Rana’s first look on Sunday, the actor took it to social media and posted on his Twitter account, “This is an unfinished film with the Producer who had defaulted on monies and on completion. Haven’t met them for over a year. This is his idea of raising money in the Markets by cheating more people 🙂 pls don’t entertain this. Thanks.” He posted.
Rajarajan Producer of the movie quickly replied to Rana’s tweet, “The Director is the one who decides whether the film is complete or not.. Let the audience decide whether this film is complete or not. Almost 60 days of shoot and crores of money invested, nobody will release an unfinished movie. @Sathyasivadir A director decides the script” He Tweeted. Movie director later unveiled movie poster and wrote, “I am happy that after three years my movie is completed and the first look is released today. The #1945 by Shivaakumaar alias Sathyashivaa. #1945 portrays the war of emotions between patriotism and love of an INA soldier. @kaaliactor @KProductions9 @thisisysr @Rajarajan7215.” He posted on Twitter.
