New 200 notes will be launched tomorrow , the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) announced today in press release days after introducing new fluorescent blue 50 bank notes .This is the fourth new note to be announced since November when prime minster Narendra Modi announced an overnight ban on 1000 and 500 notes to choke tax evaders .

The Reserve Bank of India will issue on August 25, Rs 200 denomination banknotes in the Mahatma Gandhi (New) Series, bearing signature of Dr. Urjit R. Patel, RBI Governor,” RBI said in a release.
