A man aged 39 stangulated himself to death near Parliament this morning. The police said that he belongs to Madhya Pradesh and his name is Ram Dayal.

The police recovered a 30-page suicide note from his pocket. The body was found hanging to a tree at Vijai Chowk near Parliament. Cause of death has not been revealed by the polic yet.
